A leading engineering solutions company is seeking an Electrician for E-Houses & Control Skid Manufacturing to support the build and wiring of industrial power systems in a production environment. The ideal candidate is a skilled industrial electrician with strong schematic interpretation and hands-on assembly experience. Working autonomously, the new hire will contribute to production goals by performing electrical builds from drawings while ensuring quality and safety throughout the process.

• Build and wire E-houses and control/power skids in a manufacturing environment.
• Work with industrial systems including switchgear, MCCs, and control panels.
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications.
• Perform electrical installation, terminations, and assembly tied to 480V systems (with exposure to 15kV environments).
• Support troubleshooting and quality checks as needed (point-to-point, punch list support).
• Cross-train across work areas as production priorities shift (lean manufacturing model).

• 5-10+ years of hands-on electrical experience in industrial manufacturing/builds
• Experience with E-houses and/or control skids / power skids (or closely related industrial power builds)
• Familiarity with switchgear and MCC work
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical drawings/schematics
• Must own toolbox
• Solid communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable and punctual (this team runs on accountability and consistency)
