Job Description
A leading company in the industrial services industry is seeking a Business Development Representative to support sales growth and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate is a proactive, relationship-driven sales professional with strong prospecting and communication skills. Working collaboratively, the new hire will drive new business by developing opportunities and engaging customers while contributing to overall revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Location: Houston, TX - Hybrid

Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new business.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline.
- Conduct discovery conversations.
- Present value-driven solutions.
- Manage CRM activity with accuracy.
- Follow through on all quotes to your accounts.
- Collaborate internally to execute orders.
- Grow existing accounts.
Requirements:
- Experience selling within the industrial distribution industry REQUIRED
