Job Description
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle client interactions and ensure timely and professional resolution of account-related inquiries. The ideal candidate is a goal-driven and resourceful communicator with strong listening skills and the ability to navigate complex client needs.
Salary + Additional Benefits:

Location: Broomfield, CO 80021 - ONSITE
Type of Position: Temp-to-Hire
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
Responsibilities:
- Take inbound and outbound phone calls to collect past due accounts.
- Negotiate payment terms, set up payment plans, and process payments.
- Monitor debtor accounts and follow-up to ensure payments are made in a timely manner.
- Utilize various skip tracing techniques and collection strategies to locate the right parties.
- Review accounts to identify adjustments, discrepancies and create a request for resolution.
- Handle debtor disputes and overcome objections.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service and collections within a call center environment
- High School Diploma or GED
- Availability of overtime as needed
- Basic computer skills and math skills required
- Knowledge of FDCPA, HIPAA, state and local collection laws and the ability to be licensed in all states is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
