Job Description

A provider of robotic solutions is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive regional growth and build strategic customer relationships. The ideal candidate is a motivated, results-oriented sales professional with strong communication and negotiation skills. Communicating effectively, the new hire will expand market presence by identifying new opportunities, engaging key decision-makers, and presenting technical solutions while strengthening client partnerships and supporting long-term sales strategy.

Salary + Additional Benefits:

  • $115,000-$120,000
  • Uncapped Commission

Location: Houston, TX
Type of Position: Direct Hire

Responsibilities:
  • Initiate first contact with potential clients across target regions.
  • Schedule and lead meetings to present company solutions.
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy for oil & gas robotics solutions on the Gulf Coast, USA.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships with major oil companies and service providers.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to senior decision-makers.
  • Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and networking events globally.
  • Collaborate with our UK team to ensure seamless client engagement and project delivery.
  • Provide market insights to inform product development and strategic decisions.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing complex sales cycles
  • Strong presentation and excellent negotiation skills in formal settings
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel frequently across assigned regions
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented
  • Relationship management skills
  • B2B sales experience in the oil and gas industry, industrial services, or similar is desirable
  • Existing network within Gulf Coast oil & gas industry is highly desirable
