Our client, a growing organization in the industrial equipment sector, is seeking a District Service Manager to join their team. This role involves overseeing day-to-day service operations across multiple branches, leading service personnel, and ensuring equipment is repaired, maintained, and operational efficiently within the assigned territory.

• Lead daily service operations across assigned branches.
• Monitor open work orders, preventive maintenance compliance, and fleet readiness.
• Drive technician productivity and labor efficiency.
• Manage service staffing and workforce planning.
• Conduct branch service reviews and performance assessments.
• Ensure compliance with service processes and safety standards.
• Support customer escalations requiring technical intervention.
• Partner with branch managers on fleet availability and execution priorities.
• Monitor unavailable fleet and implement recovery plans.
• Support training and development of technicians and supervisors.

• 7+ years of equipment service experience, 3+ years of service leadership experience.
• Multi-location experience strongly preferred.
• Rental, heavy equipment, or industrial background required.
• Hands-on mechanical aptitude required.
• Experience with fleet management and service operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with maintenance and service management systems.
